Q1. How do I enable time-lapse?

A: To set up your A1 for still photos:
1) Access SD card contents using a computer, then open the A1DV.txt file.
2) Change MFPS settings value to 2 This will set the camera to manual shutter mode, and will take 1 photo every time the record button is pressed. If you do not wish to configure a time-lapse setting, skip to step #4.
3) Change the TL setting to 1, and then make the TLI setting the value (in seconds) that you want your camera to take a photo at, for example TLI:60 will take a photo every 1 minute (60 seconds).
4) At the top of the page, change the UPDATE from a N to a Y (case-sensitive). At this time you can save and close the A1DV.txt file and insert the SD card back into the camera. Now when the rear switch is set to the right-hand 720/camera icon position, you will be shooting time-lapse.

Q2. How to clean the camera lens?

Breathing gently on the lens to fog it up and then wiping with a gentle cloth is the most effective way to clean the lens.
